Attributing much of his success to his focused mind and sincere desire to train new residents, Dr. Reichenbach is especially proud to have served as a mentor to many pathology residents for more than 20 years. Additionally, he finds a wealth of fulfillment in seeing many of his former students now working in the pathology department of the University of Washington School of Medicine. In the coming years, Dr. Reichenbach looks forward to fully retiring from professional work and enjoying his time off with his family. Pathologists and the King County Medical Association. Well regarded for his scholarly output, Dr. Reichenbach has also contributed educational articles to several professional journals. In addition to his medical degree, Dr. Reichenbach earned a Bachelor of Science in basic medical science at the University of Washington in 1955. After receiving his MD, he completed an academic internship at King County Hospital between 1958 and 1959. Alongside his academic credentials, Dr. Reichenbach was also certified in anatomic pathology by the American Board of Pathology in 1964. Dr. Reichenbach naturally gravitated toward a career as a professor and medical scientist. To this end, he knew it was an area in which he could excel, even in retirement.
