Outside of his vocational duties, he is an avid sports fan, regularly playing golf, baseball and basketball. Having accumulated two decades of professional experience, Kimi Murayoshi is a proven leader in the real estate industry. Since 2019, he has operated as the president of HJK International Inc., a real estate service company that provides clients and customers with brokerage, management, appraisal and renovation services. In his current role, Mr. Murayoshi is responsible for supervising the entire brokerage firm and overseeing commercial appraisals. Prior to his current position, he operated as a valuation analyst with Retail Petroleum Consultants from 2015 to 2019, a senior associate with Advance Investment Group from 2005 to 2019, and a senior associate for Coldwell Banker Commercial/JM Properties between 2002 and 2004. Mr. Murayoshi began his career in 1999, serving as a senior appraiser with California Wilshire Appraisal Inc., until 2015. To wit, his performance in the field was born of his academic journey.
