Founding Top Dog Properties as a team leader in 2018, he quickly escalated to his present positions, in which he has maintained responsibility for managing brokers, overseeing all business operations and aiding brokers in expanding their revenue streams. Alongside these roles, Mr. Peterson has served as a fitness director for UMA Fitness Massage and Bodywork since 2012. Notably, UMA Fitness Massage and Bodywork was founded by his wife, Alejandra Billoni. Among the many highlights of his career, Mr. Peterson is especially proud to have opened his very first real estate office in February 2021 and expanded the business to Riviera Maya in Mexico in just under two years. To date, Top Dog Properties has closed over 150 transactions, which has resulted in over $100 million in volume. He has also maintained membership with the Colorado Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Asociacion Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios. To prepare for his career, Mr. Peterson pursued a formal education at Texas A&M University, receiving a BS in kinesiology, with a minor in sports management, in 1996. As a testament to his resounding success in the field, he has also been recognized on a myriad of occasions in light of his broker-centric business standards and excellence in real estate. Recently, in 2022, he was named among the Top 100 People in Real Estate by Top 100 Magazine, and Top Dog Properties was named among the Top 50 Real Estate Firms in 2023 by Top 100 Magazine.
