322 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine HEALTH AND WELLNESS With more than 40 years of experience to her credit, Rebecca “Becky” G. Guittar is a proven nutrition specialist in health and wellness. From 2008 to 2020, she served as a dietitian, medical nutrition therapist and wellness coach at Hy-Vee Inc. Specializing in treating patients with such conditions as celiac disease, gluten sensitivity and food allergies, she regularly participated in health screenings, cooking classes, and media, business and classroom presentations. Ms. Guittar previously held positions as a dietitian for DaVita Inc., from 2000 to 2007 and for Bryan Health from 1993 to 2002. Before embarking on her vocational journey, Ms. Guittar pursued a formal education, studying at Texas Woman’s University and earning a BS in clinical dietetics in 1977. In addition to her academic credentials, she also holds several industry-related certifications. Well regarded for her accomplishments in the field, she attributes much of her success to her passion for helping others and desire to learn. Since retiring from her work in the field, Ms. Guittar has enjoyed spending more time with her family. DIETITIAN, WELLNESS COACH (RETIRED) Hy-Vee Inc. Lincoln, NE With nearly three decades of experience to her credit, Tara G. Hamer-Boddy has excelled as a licensed practical nurse and a certified nursing assistant since 1995. She recently took on the role as the executive director at Training Hearts Academy LLC, a training facility for nurses and nursing assistants located in Memphis, Tennessee, in 2022. As part of her responsibilities as the executive director, Ms. Hamer-Boddy regularly trains upwards of 25 students, preparing them to work in the field at nursing homes or clinics as certified nursing assistants. As part of her vocational journey, Ms. Hamer-Boddy pursued her own formal education, earning an associate degree in nursing in 1997 and a bachelor’s degree in health administration from the University of Phoenix in 2016. She is currently pursuing a registered nurse (RN) program at Arkansas State University. Attributing much of her success to her passion for nursing, she has been well regarded for her dedication in the field.
