Since 2020, she has served as the director of talent acquisition for the North American branch of VML, where she has been heavily involved in cultivating the company’s diverse talent. In addition to her primary position, she is also a founding member of Allies in Recruiting (AIR). There, she focuses on diversity programs and partnerships. Ms. Britton’s performance in the field is a product of her academic journey, having studied at Robert Morris University in Illinois, where she earned a BA in business management. Adjacent to her vocational accomplishments, Ms. Britton is wellregarded for her longtime dedication to civic advocacy. Leveraging her culinary talents, she often volunteers to cook meals at Ronald McDonald House Charities. Furthermore, she founded Leo’s Vision, a widely successful high school internship program dedicated to assisting underserved individuals and communities in Chicago.
