Having accrued more than five decades of professional experience, David E. Daw is a proven expert and entrepreneur in the sheet metal industry. Specializing in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industry, he has cultivated a career of excellence as an inventor with several patents in his name for machinery used in his field. One of his most notable inventions is his patented Cornermatic Machine, which eases the workload of installing metal corners for duct construction. He is also the founder and president of both DAVICORP Inc. and Systemation Inc., which he founded in 1979 and 1992, respectively. Mr. Daw originally began his career in 1969, working in sheet metal sales for 10 years at Gripnail Corporation, a pioneer in fastening development for use in the HVAC industry. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Daw pursued a formal education. Studying at Bryant University, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1968.
