Ms. Anderson earned a BS in journalism and communication from the University of Florida and is working towards her master’s degree in employment law. Arrington is a proven leader in the fields of finances and banking. For many years, she served with Regions Bank, holding the positions of assistant vice president and, later, the vice president until retiring at the age of 66 in 2007. As part of her dedication to her profession, Ms. Arrington is also the former president of her local Chamber of Commerce, making her the first woman to be elected to the prestigious position. Well regarded for her accomplishments in the field, Ms. Arrington has always remained focused on helping others. To this end, she was honored with an award from the Chairman’s Club in 2005, and she was inducted into the Order of the Rose.
