Held is a rising expert in business management and leadership. After graduating from high school in 2019, he founded Property Minds, a real estate management company that builds apartments and assists his family’s business, Held Homes Construction and Development LLC. Additionally, he is the owner of Rocket Construction, which focuses on constructing and remodeling commercial buildings and multifamily homes. Mr. Held originally began working at the age of 15, when his father first introduced him to the industry by gifting him a condominium to manage on his birthday. Today, he manages more than 100 rental properties for the company in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. In his other business endeavors, Mr. Held and his father partner with a local garbage company, Trash on Trucks, to maintain operations and keep their community clean for the public. He is also the owner of Parallel Media, a marketing company that focuses on website and social media management. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Held has earned both a real estate license and a general contractor’s license in the state of Wisconsin, in addition to his other academic credentials. Over the course of his fulfilling career, Mr. Held has attributed much of his success to his father, who has served as both a mentor and a constant source of inspiration. Having grown up learning his father’s work, jumping into the field came naturally to Mr. Held. In light of his accomplishments, he is especially proud to have developed as much real estate as he has so far.
