The acclaimed brewery is veteran-owned and operated, and it is the first of its kind to open in Collinsville, Virginia. Fueled by his passion for craft beer, Mr. Abell serves as one of the head brewers of the company, alongside his two close friends. Some of the brewing company’s most notable drinks include the Dick & Willie oatmeal stout, the Tricorn American India pale ale and The Big Chair blonde ale, among many other delectable selections. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Abell pursued a formal education, earning an Associate of Arts at Patrick & Henry Community College in 2022. In addition to his academic success, he attributes much of his vocational success to his tenacity and willingness to work diligently to achieve his dreams. To this end, Mr. Abell is proud to serve his community and customers by listening to their ideas and growing the company based on the preferred tastes of his client base. Leveraging more than two decades of professional experience, Marchellee “Chellee” Clemmons has cultivated a career of excellence as an entrepreneur. In 2017, she founded her own company, Essential Staffing Solutions, where she continues to operate as the chief executive officer. Fueled by her desire to create a sustainable environment for her own family, Ms. Clemmons, as well as her company, is keenly focused on growing individuals seeking success in the multi-family and health care industries. Ms. Clemmons originally began her career in 2000, serving as a financial services representative for State Farm Insurance until 2006. She pursued a formal education at Troy University, earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2015. As part of her dedication to her goals, Ms. Clemmons also remains affiliated with the American Staffing Association and several state apartment associations. To commemorate her achievements in the field, Ms. Clemmons was honored with a Chairman of the Year Award and a Core Value Award.
