Phoenix, AZ Possessing more than four decades of professional experience, Perry S. Ercolino has cultivated a career of excellence in the field of footwear design. Since 1979, he has served as the owner and lead designer at Perry Ercolino-Custom Shoemakers. His family has been in the shoemaking industry since 1933, and he is proud to continue carrying their history and legacy forward. Throughout his career, Mr. Ercolino has always operated under the guiding philosophy of creating fine, custom shoes one pair at a time with only the finest materials and techniques. To commemorate his accomplishments in the field, Mr. Ercolino was previously honored as one of the Best of Philly by Philadelphia Magazine. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, he pursued a formal education, earning a liberal arts degree at San Diego State University in 1974 and a Master of Design in footwear design at the ARSUTORIA School Ltd. in Italy in 1982. Attributing much of his success to his dedication to his family’s time-honored traditions, Mr. Ercolino is especially proud to have designed shoes for the President of the United States. PERRY S. With over 35 years as an entrepreneur, advisor, investor and funder, he is the driving force behind The Devereux Group and the success of many international clients. As an innovative entrepreneur, his trailblazing Devereux Process has brought transformative performance-based results to clients worldwide, adding millions to their balance sheets. Prior to beginning his career, Mr. Devereux earned a BS in civil engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He subsequently attained three master’s degrees in education in learning technology and design; learning, corporate training and knowledge management; and business administration. He also graduated from the prestigious Goldratt AGI Jonah Program®, has completed postgraduate studies in Agile Scrum and CBAP Prep, and is currently focused on digital transformation, including using Digital Twins to enhance sustainability.
