Since 2007, she has served as an application systems analyst programmer for the state of Indiana, specializing in project management and application development. In addition, since 2021, she has operated as a consultant for Paparazzi Accessories in Indiana. Ms. Simpson began her career as a programmer in 1998, and as part of her longstanding dedication to her profession, she remains affiliated with the National Society of Leadership and Success. Throughout her career, Ms. Simpson has adamantly believed in the potential for unlimited opportunities in the field of information technology available for everyone. She discovered her passion for computers and technology during her studies at secretarial school. Ms. Simpson has grown deeply fascinated with technology and how it is ever-changing and can be easily modified and expanded upon. Before beginning her vocational journey, Ms. Simpson pursued a formal education, beginning with her time at Purdue University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in computer technology. She subsequently continued her studies at Indiana State University, earning a Master of Science in electronics and computing technology. In 2019, she achieved a Master of Science in information technology at Western Governors University. In addition to her academic credentials, Ms. Simpson also holds several industry-related certifications, including as a project management professional. Finding success in being healthy and enjoying life while working in a fulfilling field, Ms. Simpson attributes much of her success to her upbringing. Her parents taught her to strive for success and treat individuals with respect and kindness. In the coming years, Ms. Simpson hopes to use her skills to assist in advancing both small and large-scale projects and contribute to the betterment of her community.
