Kelley is a proven expert in the field of manufacturing. He recently took ownership of the Vallie Automotive Center in Billings, Montana, in 2021. The repair shop is well-regarded for its highquality maintenance services, including engine diagnostics, transmission repairs, wheel alignment and oil changes. As the head of the company, Mr. Kelley oversees all business operations. Prior to becoming the owner of his current business venture, Mr. Kelley accrued a wealth of practiced expertise in his field working as an electrical designer and foreman for a chemical plant for 15 years. As part of his ongoing dedication to his profession, he also remains active as the president of the NAPA AutoCare Centers of Billings. Additionally, Mr. Kelley continues to serve his community as a civic-minded citizen, regularly participating with Toys for Tots. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Kelley earned a certificate in drafting after completing a program at the Montgomery County Community College. Furthermore, he holds a CNC machining certification. Well-regarded for his skill and credentials, Mr. Kelley also became NAPA Gold Certified, and he received the Readers’ Choice Award from The Billings Gazette in 2021.
