164 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ENTREPRENEURS Leveraging over five decades of professional experience, Jerry Whitehead has cultivated a fulfilling career in pawning and consulting. Having worked with several noteworthy pawn shops in Texas since beginning his career in 1968, he founded Pawn Shop Consulting Group LLC in 2001, where he continues to serve as the lead consultant. Serving as the head of the company, Mr. Whitehead oversees all daily operations, manages various multi-unit systems and provides training to fellow associates. As part of his dedication to his profession, Mr. Whitehead has also remained affiliated with several industry-related organizations. In addition to working alongside several pawnbroker associations, including for the states of Georgia, California and Texas, he also participated on the advisory board and the board of directors for the National Pawnbrokers Association from 1993 to 2019. The organization previously recognized Mr. Whitehead with an Associate Vendor of the Year Award in 2006. In light of his fulfilling career, he has largely attributed his success to his father, who served as a staunch mentor and source of inspiration. FOUNDER, CONSULTANT Pawn Shop Consulting Group LLC Burleson, TX David C. Williams Jr. is a proven expert in funeral services, having worked in the industry since he was 16 years old. In 2011, he joined Rader Funeral Home in Daleville, Virginia, as a managing partner and owner. As part of his dedication to his profession, he also remains active as a member of several pertinent organizations, including the Blue Ridge Funeral Directors Association; the International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association; and the Virginia Funeral Directors Association. Mr. Williams previously pursued a formal education, completing collegiate coursework at the Borromeo Seminary and the University of Akron before graduating from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 1986. In addition to his academic credentials, he is certified in his profession by the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice and licensed as a funeral service provider in Virginia. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Williams largely attributes his success to his patience, as well as his guiding principle of treating everyone with respect.
