Spending much of her career consulting with callers, her mantra is, “Just because I don’t know them, it doesn’t make them any less important.” As she looks forward to retirement, she is mentoring her granddaughter to eventually step into her role. Ms. Cravello is currently working on a book, tentatively titled “To Medicare and Beyond.” She looks forward to its publication in the coming year. With over 30 years of professional experience to her credit, Billie Jo Cravello has cultivated a career of excellence in the insurance industry. For much of her career, she has served as the owner of Cravello Insurance Services in Santa Maria, California, where she dedicates herself to guiding each of her clients through their various insurance needs. Over the course of her career, she has primarily specialized in health insurance and long-term care for senior citizens. Furthermore, Ms. Cravello regularly emphasizes the importance of making the right choices when approaching Medicare and retirement. As part of her vocational journey, Ms. Cravello previously served as the owner of a janitorial business. She is also a former member of Rotary International, serving with her local club as a keynote speaker. Additionally, as part of her membership within the organization, she maintained the positions of president and assistant district governor in 2012 and 2013, respectively. Ms. Cravello pursued higher education, as well, completing collegiate coursework and later earning a pilot’s license.
