GOVERNMENT AND MILITARY Mr. Holland also offers a great deal of thanks to his parents, who provided him with a proper upbringing, as well as his peers and teachers, who inspired him to continually strive for greatness. In accounting for his achievements, he is thankful for his opportunities to teach and instruct others in flying and other academic respects. Looking toward the future, Mr. Holland hopes to continue assisting others in whatever ways he can while also pursuing his ambitions as a writer. and earning a bachelor’s degree in business management in 1972. In light of his fulfilling career, he also attributes much of his success to his education at Polk High School, which served as a strong foundation for his life goals. During his years in high school, he was also voted as class president and student council president during his senior year. Such opportunities allowed Mr. Holland to develop leadership skills at an early age, which later proved pivotal to his success in the military.
