In addition to his academic credentials, he is a fully certified residential specialist. Well-regarded for his practiced expertise, Mr. Geha was honored as Favorite Realtor in Town by the city of Fremont, California, in 2021 and 2022, and he was named Realtor of the Year in 1995. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Geha has largely attributed his success to his committed work ethic, which was instilled in him by his parents, and his compassion, which he passes on to the rest of his team. Since 1980, he has served as the founder, president and lead realtor of The Rick Geha Team, as part of eXp Realty. An expert in his field, he specializes in working alongside clients to purchase or sell residential real estate. In addition to his duties as a realtor, he also oversees various responsibilities for managing his business, including general business development and agent supervision. Ever dedicated to his profession, Mr. Geha remains active as a member of the California Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.
