In accounting for his achievements, he is particularly proud to have excelled within the freestanding emergency center industry. Such success has allowed Dr. Schwirtlich to expand access to emergency medical services in smaller, underserved communities. Looking toward the future, Dr. Schwirtlich hopes to continue expanding his organization and offering its services to other communities. Additionally, he hopes to see the Emergency Medicine Improvement Act passed in the United States Congress.
