Furthermore, as a member of the Multnomah Bar Association, he was previously honored as Mentor of the Year. To commemorate his accomplishments in the field, Mr. Bovarnick has also been recognized with an Oregon State Bar Pro Bono Award and holds an AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. In his scholarly endeavors, Mr. Bovarnick has authored and published numerous articles and papers pertaining to his work. Additionally, he has operated as a public speaker and delivered various presentations in connection with his professional affiliates. Bovarnick has cultivated a career of excellence in the field of law, having served as a lawyer for over four decades. Since 1993, he has served with Rose, Senders & Bovarnick LLC, originally entering the business as a partner until 1998 before working of counsel for the business. In 2019, he took on full ownership of the firm, which offers clients a variety of services in casework pertaining to discrimination, premise liability, and railroad, construction and medical malpractice injuries. Mr. Bovarnick previously managed his own private practice in Portland, Oregon, from 1985 to 1992. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Bovarnick pursued a formal education, beginning at the Claremont Men’s College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in history in 1974. He subsequently continued his studies at the University of Oregon and achieved a JD in 1979. In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Bovarnick is licensed to practice law in the states of Oregon, Montana and Washington, and he remains active as a member of several bar associations, including the American Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar.
