In 2018, she joined Microsoft as the director of employee experience, and she also oversees the Microsoft Viva suite program. In her leadership role, she manages workplace analytics and handles collaborates with her colleagues to create innovative and effective business strategies. Additionally, she and her husband serve as co-owners of the SAF Commercial Company, a well-established architectural firm that offers expert services in facility construction and remodeling for large-scale commercial enterprises. Since beginning her career in 2007, Ms. Obradovic has worked with such companies as AT&T, Inc., Johnson & Johnson Services Inc. and Infosys Limited. She also remains affiliated with Women in Technology International (WITI), and she is the commissioner of diversity, equity and inclusion for New Brighton, Minnesota. She previously pursued a formal education, ultimately earning an MBA at Hamline University in 2010. To commemorate her accomplishments, she was named a Rising Star by the Microsoft Belonging Group. In light of her fulfilling career, Ms. Obradovic largely attributes her success to the guidance of her parents and mentors.
