Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Bullock served as the director of Golden Key Group between 2021 and 2022 and as the director of administration for the United States Department of Commerce from 2019 to 2022. Prior to beginning his vocational journey, Mr. Bullock served in the United States Air Force, joining in 1982 and achieving the rank of lieutenant colonel before retiring in 2012. During this time, he also worked extensively with the National Guard Bureau in several leadership positions, including as a chief intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance officer and chief of armament systems. Mr. Bullock also pursued a formal education during this time, ultimately earning a Master of Science in strategic intelligence at the National Defense Intelligence College (now the National Intelligence University) in 2006. Outside of his primary professional endeavors, Mr. Bullock remains dedicated to civic advocacy, serving with Project Give Back and the Guide Right Program, as part of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He is also an accomplished author, having published several books over the course of his career, including “Father to Son: A Guide to Growing up in a Difficult World” in 2022 and “The Horn and the Halo: Thath” in 2018. Well-regarded for his accomplishments in the field, Mr. Bullock has been honored with numerous accolades, including a Meritorious Service Medal, an Air Force Outstanding Unit Award and an Air Force Organizational Excellence Award.
