Sundby leverages more than three decades of professional experience as a proven business manager. From 1995 to 2019, he operated in two key leadership roles for Hardee’s Restaurants LLC. From 1995 to 2017, he was a franchise business consultant, and prior to retiring in 2019, he was the regional director of operations. As part of his duties in the field, he oversaw a variety of management duties in addition to consulting with other leading staff members. Well-regarded for his accomplishments as a leader within the Hardee’s franchise, Mr. Sundby was twice named Consultant of the Year in 2015 and 2019. To this end, he attributes much of his success to his ability to develop positive relationships with those around him and to his productive and supportive team. In accounting for his achievements, he is particularly proud to have retired after assisting in building a successful branch of Hardee’s in his region. In the coming years, Mr. Sundby hopes to work alongside his son to help those in need of assistance and provide scholarships to aspiring college students.
