Jordan is a rising expert in the real estate industry. Since 2011, he has operated as a real estate broker for Coldwell Banker in Los Angeles, California, where he works alongside various clients seeking to purchase, sell or invest in properties such as multifamily apartment buildings, strip malls and office buildings. He initially joined the company in 2004, working as a sales associate until 2006 and as a general manager and broker associate from 2007 to 2011. Adjacent to his primary duties in the field, Mr. Jordan also serves as a property manager for SNT Properties since 2017. Mr. Jordan originally pursued a career as a chef, beginning his vocational journey as a second cook at the Locke-Ober Café in Boston, Massachusetts, between 1973 and 1974. He was also a second cook at the Café L’Orange in Concord, Massachusetts, from 1974 to 1975 and a rounds cook at the Union Oyster House in Boston from 1975 to 1976. During his time in Massachusetts, he studied at the John Robert Powers School of Modeling in 1976. Mr. Jordan subsequently held numerous positions as a cook and chef throughout the 1980s, 1990s and early 2000s in the states of California, Hawaii, Nevada, Florida and Missouri before he ultimately pivoted towards a career as a real estate broker. As part of his commitment to his various professional interests, Mr. Jordan remains affiliated with the American Culinary Federation and Toastmasters International. He also continues to serve his community as a civic-minded citizen, regularly participating in charity marathons and with APLA Health. Well-regarded for his accomplishments in the field, he has been honored with the Coldwell Banker Sterling Award, as well as with an Excellence Award as Sous Chef and Banquet Chef from Marriott International, Inc. Attributing much of his success to his dedication and discipline, Mr. Jordan is particularly proud of his work as a chef, and he looks forward to continuing his career as a broker and with Toastmasters as a speaker in the coming years.
