In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Stevenson finished coursework in educational leadership and administration at Samford University in 1999. Well-regarded for his accomplishments in the field, Mr. Stevenson was honored as Teacher of the Year on two occasions and received a Champion of Life Award. In light of his fulfilling career, he has largely attributed his success to his passion for helping others and his ability to create positive relationships. In accounting for his achievements, he is especially proud to be able to motivate others and leave a lasting impact on their lives. Kerry Stevenson boasts three decades of professional experience as an author and educator. He currently serves as the development director for the Black Belt Community Foundation in Selma, Alabama. Since 2021, he has excelled as an intervention specialist and mathematics instructor at Miles College in Fairfield, Alabama. Furthermore, he places a keen focus on athletics and physical fitness, as he served as vice president of development for athletics programs and scholarships at the college. Mr. Stevenson previously served as the director of player development for football at the University of Tennessee between 2019 and 2021 and at the University of Alabama from 2013 to 2019. Mr. Stevenson originally began his career in 1993, working as a mathematics teacher and assistant coach at Mariner High School in Cape Coral, Florida. After 10 years, he began serving as head football coach for Vigor High School in Prichard, Alabama, from 2003 to 2013. In his creative endeavors, he has cultivated a wealth of success as an author and motivational speaker.
