133 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine ENERGY, ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING Since 2017, Eric Koboldt has served as the owner and chief executive officer of B&C Lighting. Located in Shawnee, Oklahoma, B&C Lighting is notable for introducing the first white LED lights outside of light bulbs to Generic Electric. Additionally, Mr. Koboldt and his business helped to create the first remote phosphor lantern that provided 360-degree light from an LED light source. Earlier in his career, Mr. Koboldt served in several industries, including as the owner of a landscaping company, an employee with Universal Studios and a developer of lighting products. Additionally, Mr. Koboldt has conducted several seminars on the topic of LED lighting. He draws upon an associate degree in business administration and management from Rose State College, which he earned in 2002. Notably, he was on the President’s Honor Roll during his academic studies. Outside of his primary career efforts, he has been a donor to various community school programs and a volunteer at his local food bank in Shawnee. Among his many career highlights, Mr. Koboldt is especially proud of commencing his landscaping firm, which employed and mentored numerous young workers for many years. He advises that his positive influence on his former employees helped them to develop strong work ethics. Impressively, after Mr. Koboldt sold the landscaping firm, three of his former employees built their own successful businesses. As a testament to his success in the field, Mr. Koboldt has been bestowed with numerous accolades. Recently, B&C Lighting was ranked #22 in the world for creative and unique designs and manufacturing of lighting, as recognized by Philips Lumileds. Looking toward the future, he intends to further expand B&C Lighting, including a prospective 13% growth rate and a reputation as the best firm in the lighting industry.
