From a formative age, he has been passionate about solving other individuals’ problems, a passion which transformed itself into a career in real estate. Serving as an owner of a boutique brokerage, credit card company and financing company, he notably spent 30 years in the field of real estate. During his tenure, he was particularly involved in building and creating affordable housing for underserved populations. Since distancing from the real estate industry, Mr. Kirchhoff has excelled as the director of Valley Men’s Wellness, as well as an executive with the eponymously named Kirchhoff Project Management & Coordination. Through Valley Men’s Wellness, he has exhibited his desire to aid in men’s health and help men overcome health challenges. Through his advocacy with helping men’s reproductive health, he intends to further help men with their mental, emotional, social and physical needs. Likewise, Kirchhoff Project Management & Coordination is a premier project planning company that has aided a number of simple to complex projects, leveraging the Affordable Housing Acceleration (AHA) Fund. The AHA Fund is a thought leading program that expedites affording housing production in the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout Northern California, which invests capital with existing affording housing development organizations to provide accessible housing at no cost. Mr. Kirchhoff has worked on sewer improvement projects involving private properties and governmental agencies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kirchhoff served in local government as a 20-year elected official in the State of California, during which time he mentored and oversaw a $8.7 million budget with $18 million asset base and a 27-member staff. Though he has experienced many career achievements, he is especially proud of empowering, coaching and guiding others throughout his career, as well as teaching his employees the value of accountability and motivation.
