She joined the Virginia Department of Transportation as a road design standard engineer in 2022, where she focuses on implementing safer infrastructure and workplace procedures. Adjacent to her primary vocational interests, Ms. Quinn remains active as a civic-minded citizen, regularly participating with the Ronald McDonald House in Southwest Virginia and her local church. Having previously worked in traffic control and environmental care, Ms. Quinn has tirelessly pursued new ways to expand her knowledge in similar fields and continue serving her community. Before embarking on her professional journey, she cultivated a formal education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the National College in 2005. Well-regarded for her accomplishments in the field, Ms. Quinn was honored with the National Safety Award in 2021. Attributing much of her success to the guidance of her mentors and industry leaders, she looks forward to continuing her ventures as an engineer in the coming years.
