Since 2010, she has served as an administrator, volunteer and community relations manager for Catholic Social Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. She also oversees her local AmeriCorps program and other fundraising and volunteer events. Furthermore, Ms. Bugg is a former chairperson of Juntos, a community-led, Latin American immigrant organization based in southern Philadelphia that focuses on human rights initiatives. Currently, she is a board member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School in Bucks City, Pennsylvania, advocating for Latino Catholic education access. As part of her vocational journey, Ms. Bugg pursued a formal education at La Salle University, achieving a master’s degree in human services. To commemorate her accomplishments in the field, she received a Papal Honor and a Benemerenti Medal from Pope Francis. In light of her fulfilling career, she largely attributes her success to her faith, as well as the love and support of her family. While she is grateful for her many professional achievements, Ms. Bugg is especially proud of being a mother and raising her children. Lucille DiDomenico earned a bachelor’s degree from Hunter College in New York and a master’s degree from Miami University of Ohio. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Her career reflects a strong commitment to the nonprofit sector. In Houston, she managed employment and training programs for the city’s unemployed and underemployed population. Subsequently, she worked in the financial services industry while continuing her commitment to multiple diverse organizations and associations as CEO and/or board chair over the course of 35 years. She is the recipient of the first Hall Fame Woman of Distinction Award for Dallas bestowed by the Leadership Texas Alumnae Association. Immediately prior to establishing the DiDomenico Group, a consulting practice that she leads in her work with nonprofits and foundations, Ms. DiDomenico held a 22-year tenure as executive director for Philanthropy Southwest, a seven-state regional association of funders located in the Southwest. She serves on the planning committee for the University of Texas Law School’s CLE Nonprofit Organizations Institute and on the board of the Wet Mountain Valley Community Foundation in Colorado.
