Now retired, she is a former information technology administrator at Harvard Medical School, where she served from 1967 to 2006. During her time at the university, she primarily managed and directed all software and hardware initiatives for the school, in addition to managing her team of skilled professionals. Well-versed in medical studies, Ms. Beland was also a clinical chemist for a local hospital laboratory. As part of her vocational journey, Ms. Beland has cultivated a formal education. Having attended Anna Maria College, she holds both a BS and an MS in medical technology, the latter of which she received in 2019. She also holds an MS in computer systems engineering from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute. In addition to her academic credentials, Ms. Beland has also been certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology as a medical technologist. Mr. Doan previously excelled as a software quality assurance (SQA) manager for NETSCOUT from 1999 to 2020. At the onset of his career, he was a member of the technical staff for Telcordia Technologies from 1989 to 1992. He also cultivated his own higher education, ultimately achieving a Master of Science in computer systems networking and telecommunications at Columbia University in 1991.
