His work is featured in public, corporate and private collections, including over 190 private collectors in 29 U.S. states and abroad. Mr. Jones holds an MA from Bob Jones University and BA from Tennessee Temple University. Likewise, he has received numerous accolades from domestic organizations and world leaders, including over 60 historically significant Pentagon exhibit designs recognized by Secretaries of Defense, U.S. Department of State, and ambassadors of Japan and South Korea, and the British and Italian Embassies. The U.S. Air Force Air Mobility Command’s 375th Air Wing previously honored him as the Most Valued Professional of the Year. Albert Lee Jones is a visual artist, educator, entrepreneur and exhibit curator. After serving in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War, he joined NASA Headquarters’ farsighted Lunar and Mars Mission Integrated Space Program as a visual communications artist. He was one of three artists selected to create exhibits for NASA’s original U.S. Space and Rocket Center Museum in Huntsville, Alabama, displaying the Apollo 11 lunar module, moon rock and space gear. He became a visual communications supervisor and facilities manager at Litton Ship Systems, followed by 15 years as owner and marketing communications director for Jones Associates Marketing Communications and LionHeart Marketing Inc. In 2003, Mr. Jones took on several key visual specialist roles at the Naval Air Training Command; the Air Mobility Command, 375th Air Wing, Scott Air Force Base; and the Secretary of the Air Force at the Pentagon. From 2008 until retiring in 2022, he was the historical exhibits curator and manager for the Pentagon’s Office of Secretary of Defense. Furthermore, he taught at Tennessee Temple University, University of Alabama, Calhoun College, Augusta State University and Greenville Technical College.
