Ms. Lowrance previously worked with such companies as Baseline Energy Services, Enbridge Inc., Cimarron Energy Inc. and Oxane Materials Inc. Beginning her career in 1982, she was a staff accountant for Webb, Webb & Wright CPAs until 1989. In 1991, she joined KPMG and became a senior manager in public sector practice. She later worked with several manufacturing, engineering and construction companies, including Stewart & Stevenson, The Shaw Group Inc., KBR Inc., and WorleyParsons. Ever committed to her profession, Ms. Lowrance also remains affiliated with several organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of CPAs, and Financial Executives International. Ms. Lowrance pursued a formal education at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, achieving a BBA, cum laude, in 1990. She subsequently completed coursework toward a Master of Business Administration at the institution before earning several certifications pertinent to her work in the field. To this end, Ms. Lowrance is certified as a public accountant in the states of Texas and Pennsylvania, as a government finance manager, and as a chartered global management accountant. Well-regarded for her accomplishments, Ms. Lowrance has been honored by the National Association of Professional Women and the International Executive Guild. Accounting for her achievements, she is especially proud to have launched the first IPO for KBR Inc., and she is thankful to work with and guide her skilled team of professionals. In the coming years, she hopes to continue mentoring others in her field and engage in more corporate endeavors. Michelle Lowrance has cultivated over four decades of experience in accounting and finance. Since 2015, she has served as the owner of NML- Solutions, where she also operates as an independent accounting and financial consultant.
