Since 2015, he has served as a managing partner for Cactus Asphalt in Tolleson, Arizona. The company is well-regarded for providing high-quality commercial and residential asphalt paving and crack sealing services. Serving as the head of his business, Mr. Glazer specializes in optimizing his crew and the utilization of company equipment. He originally joined the company in 2011 as a sales and estimating manager. Prior to joining Cactus Asphalt, Mr. Glazer excelled as a project manager and estimator for Ace Asphalt of the Southwest from 2006 to 2009. At the onset of his career in 2003, he worked as a design engineer for Ford Motor Company. Located in McKean, Pennsylvania, the company provides a large variety of electrical services for clients, including work for emergency generators, control wiring, branch circuitry, security lighting and fire alarms. Serving as the head of the company, Mr. Humphries oversees all operations for the business, both in-office and out in the field. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Humphries pursued a formal education, completing collegiate coursework and earning an associate degree in business. Furthermore, he has been certified as a master electrician.
