As part of his work in the field, Mr. Lambiase also manages leasing negotiations and the purchase and sale of various properties. Prior to beginning his vocational journey, Mr. Lambiase pursued a formal education at Fairleigh Dickinson University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance in 2019. After entering his industry, he continued his studies at his alma mater and achieved a Master of Business Administration in wealth management in 2020. In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Lambiase has been recognized as a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson by the Weichert Real Estate School, and he became a certified commercial investment member (CCIM) in 2022. As part of his dedication to his profession, Mr. Lambiase remains affiliated with several industry-related organizations, including the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). Furthermore, he is the treasurer of the Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association. Well-regarded for his accomplishments in the field, Mr. Lambiase was recently named in the 30 Under 30 in his field by the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Lambiase has largely attributed his success to his mother and father, who played an instrumental role in his journey through the industrial real estate arena. To this end, his father previously worked in the field as well for 35 years, and Mr. Lambiase was able to glean a great deal of knowledge and insight from him.
