Leveraging more than five decades of professional experience, Charles “Bill” Harmening Sr. has cultivated a career of excellence in the real estate industry. Prior to retiring in 2020, he served as a licensed real estate broker with Mensendiek’s Auction Service and Real Estate, having originally joined the company in 2017. Mr. Harmening originally began his career in his field of real estate in 2002, having previously completed 45 years of work in the industrial sector. Outside of his primary professional endeavors, Mr. Harmening has also remained active as a civic-minded citizen. To this end, he served as the chairman of the board of a local credit union. Additionally, he specialized as a member of the organization’s negotiating committee. Furthermore, Mr. Harmening was the president and member of his local Religious Education Board for three years. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Harmening largely attributes his success to his upbringing and passion for helping others. While he is thankful for his professional accomplishments, he is particularly proud to have been able to raise a family. With over five decades of professional experience to his credit, Robert Magaraci is a proven expert in the field of architecture. Specializing in revolving and swinging door repair and installation, he has operated as the president of Plumb Door of New York City since 2004. Prior to his current appointment, he served as the senior vice president of sales for Sterling Metal Maintenance from 1994 to 2004 and as the senior vice president of Aztec Metal Services from 1985 to 1994. Mr. Magaraci originally began his career as a door mechanic and salesman for Aztec Door Specialists, Inc. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Magaraci pursued a formal education at Susquehanna University, where he earned a Bachelor of Architecture in 1955. Outside of his primary professional interests, he also remains active with the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (more commonly known as the ASPCA). Mr. Magaraci was inspired to pursue a career in his current profession by his grandfather, and he looks forward to retiring alongside his wife in the coming years. ROBERT MAGARACI
