Specializing in audiology, she has served as the owner and hearing provider of Ears to Hear since 2012. Located in Costa Mesa, California, the company specializes in aiding patients with various hearing-related needs, providing them with consultations, tests, therapy sessions, minor repair services and educational services that can improve communication skills. As the head of the company, Ms. Menear regularly meets with patients and works with them to determine the best forms of treatment. Prior to embarking on her vocational journey, Ms. Menear pursued a formal education, attending California State University and earning a bachelor’s degree in business in 2000. Additionally, she received her license as a hearing aid specialist from Alan Lowell University in 2006. As part of her ongoing dedication to her profession, Ms. Menear currently remains active as a member of the Hearing HealthCare Providers California (HHPCA). Well-regarded for her accomplishments in the field, Ms. Menear has been honored with several accolades over the course of her career, including recognition as one of the Best of Orange County by the OC Register in 2022. She received the same honor from the LA Times in 2018 and 2019. Ms. Menear also received Pace Setter and Master Hearing Aid Practitioner Awards in 2007, 2008 and 2009. In accounting for her fulfilling career, Ms. Menear largely attributes much of her success to her passion for her practice and for patient care. Having always loved caring for others and for animals when she was growing up, she naturally gravitated toward a career in the health care industry. In the coming years, Ms. Menear hopes to find further success with her practice, and she looks forward to further helping her patients and their families.
