Ms. Moon is a member of the National Certification Board for Massage Therapy and Bodywork and the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), for which she served as national president, a member of the national board for 15 years and director of education of the Colorado chapter. She has further taught at Touch for Health Kinesiology in the United States and the Netherlands; was an assistant teacher across Colorado, Tennessee, Iowa and Ohio; and is a core distributor and instructor through the Spinal Reflex Therapy International Company Organization. A steadfast music practitioner, Ms. Moon has also performed as a percussionist, classical guitarist, and jazz and blues singer. As part of her journey, Ms. Moon studied at the Milwaukee Area Technical College, the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Conservatory of Music and the Massage School of YMCA. Civically engaged, as well, she has volunteered at the Massage Therapy Foundation and contributed her time to several fundraisers in her area. Though she originally intended to pursue a career in music, Ms. Moon is proud to have cultivated a fulfilling career in the field of massage therapy, attributing much of her success to her continuing education and in the health care industry.
