(operating as Butterfields), since 2020. Originally from Greece, the ideals of Greek hospitality are engrained in each of Mr. Mitris’ restaurant ventures. To this end, he endeavors to help all of those who enter his establishments and make each of his customers feel welcome and comfortable. Likewise, these traits allow Mr. Mitris to bring out the best in his employees and cultivate a positive working environment and dining experience in his businesses. Prior to entering the food and service industry, Mr. Mitris cultivated a fulfilling career in the real estate industry and the field of insurance. Between 2007 and 2008, he worked as a realtor for Entasis Group LLC, and from 2004 to 2008, he was an agent for Aspis Pronio General Insurance. He originally began his career in 2002, serving as an insurance agent for Assicurazioni Generali S.P.A. until 2004. Before beginning his career, Mr. Mitris pursued a formal education, earning a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree during his collegiate career. Well-regarded for his accomplishments in the field, Mr. Mitris has been honored with several accolades, including being inducted into the Hall of Fame of Sellers as the owner of The Works Grill. Additionally, Sophia’s House of Pancakes was ranked as the Number One Restaurant in Indiana. In the coming years, Mr. Mitris looks forward to opening his fourth restaurant, where he aims to serve customers with a mixture of Mediterranean, Italian, Greek and Spanish cuisine. S telios Mitris leverages over two decades of professional experience in the food industry as a proven restauranteur. He currently serves as the owner of several restaurants, including The Works Grill in Glenview, Illinois, which he took on in 2021.
