Specializing in performance optimization, she founded Krysus Human Performance alongside her husband, Doug, in 2016. Located in San Antonio, Texas, the performance and recovery center offers a variety of training courses for those looking to improve their physical fitness. Additionally, Ms. Isaacks is a manager for Guardian Premier Solutions (formerly Rescue Athlete), where she similarly offers innovative care and training for a wide range of clients. Prior to beginning her professional business ventures, Ms. Isaacks honorably served in the United States Air Force from 1994 to 2015, during which time she learned the importance of proper physical maintenance and upkeep. As part of her service, she operated in several positions, including in security forces management and as a superintendent for plans and programs and an antiterrorism officer. Well-regarded for her accomplishments in the field, Ms. Isaacks was previously nominated among the 12 Outstanding Airmen of the Year. In light of her fulfilling career, she is particularly proud of her military career and her work alongside her dedicated team. Leveraging 15 years of professional experience, Jim McCarthy is an accomplished professional in the culinary industry. Since 2018, he has operated as the chef and owner of The Mill Market in South Burlington, Vermont. The local country market is well-regarded for its vast array of products and food, from household staples to signature items such as sandwiches and deli meats. Mr. McCarthy previously worked with The Inn at Shelburne Farms for 11 years, four of which he spent serving as the executive chef. In his civic-minded endeavors, he continues to serve as a volunteer with Passion for Paws. As part of his vocational journey, Mr. McCarthy cultivated a formal education, initially attending the New England Culinary Institute and subsequently achieving both a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in nutrition and food science at the University of Vermont. He also remains active as a member of several organizations, including Common Roots and BNI Global LLC.
