272 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine HOSPITALITY AND LEISURE Tracy Lynn Pagan is a proven leader in the hospitality industry, with 15 years of experience to her credit. Specializing in customer service, she currently serves as the director of operations for The Lodge at Woodloch: A Destination Spa Resort located in Hawley, Pennsylvania. In her position at the luxury resort and spa, Ms. Pagan oversees various departments for the business, including reservations, transportation, housekeeping and laundry, in addition to coaching fellow staff members. As part of her commitment to her profession, Ms. Pagan has earned several pertinent certifications, including in hotel administration. Furthermore, she is a certified rooms division executive (CRDE), as recognized by the American Hotel and Lodging Association. Adjacent to her primary pursuits, Ms. Pagan also remains active as a volunteer with various local nursing homes during the holidays. Attributing her accomplishments to her networking abilities and her understanding of herself, Ms. Pagan is particularly proud to have developed a widely successful team at her resort. Wiley is a proven expert in public administration. Placing a keen focus on sports and recreation, she currently serves as the director of Warwick Parks and Recreation in Rhode Island. Prior to her current role, Ms. Wiley worked extensively with the Community College of Rhode Island, serving as a compliance officer and academic supervisor for athletics for 11 years and as a softball coach for 10 years at the institution. Growing up as an avid fan of sports and athletics, Ms. Wiley naturally gravitated toward a profession in her chosen field. To this end, she played with numerous local sports leagues during her youth. As part of her vocational journey, she also cultivated her own formal education, attending Northfield University and achieving a bachelor’s degree in public administration in 1993. Ms. Wiley has largely attributed her success to her mother’s guidance, having been taught not to let anyone or anything stop her from achieving her goals. In accounting for her accomplishments, she is particularly proud to have served as a role model for young women in her community.
