Now retired, she previously operated as an administrative law judge for the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles from 1996 to 2007, where she specialized in motor vehicle law and judged cases for traffic law violations. She also served as a partner at Abramovsky & Chikofsky between 1986 and 1987 and managed her own private practice in White Plains, New York, in 1984. Ms. Abramovsky originally began her career in 1970, working as a therapist recruiter at Manhattan State Hospital until 1976. As part of her vocational journey, Ms. Abramovsky pursued a formal education, ultimately earning a JD at Pace University in 1981. Additionally, she has been licensed to practice law before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York since 1986 and remains affiliated with the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Attributing much of her success to the love and support of her family, Ms. Abramovsky is grateful for her many years working in the legal industry. Jeffrey L. Ihnen, Esq., boasts over 40 years of professional experience in the field of intellectual property law. From 1997 to 2003 and from 2003 to 2021, he operated first as of counsel and then as a partner with Rothwell, Figg, Ernst & Manbeck, P.C., where he became well-regarded for his expertise in intellectual property law. In 2022, he joined Jondle & Associates, a firm specializing in intellectual property pertaining to various species of plants. As a member of the law firm, Mr. Ihnen serves as of counsel. As part of his commitment to his profession, he also remains affiliated with the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Prior to beginning his career, Mr. Ihnen pursued a formal education, ultimately earning a JD at the George Washington University Law School in 1980. Additionally, he has been licensed to practice law by The District of Columbia Bar and to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Attributing much of his success to his dedicated work ethic, he is especially proud to have written and prosecuted several patent applications for high-profile genes cases.
