Rush Jr. is a leading expert in the field of business administration. Since 2008, he has served as the president and chief executive officer of Star of Hope Mission, an organization that assists struggling individuals in Houston, Texas, by providing them with food, shelter, education and spiritual guidance. Mr. Rush originally began his career by working with Texas Eastern Corporation in several key roles from 1973 to 1989, shortly after earning a Bachelor of Science in computer science, magna cum laude, at Louisiana Tech University in 1973. Fueled by his belief that anyone can make a difference in the world, Mr. Rush remains deeply committed to civic advocacy, serving with various organizations focused on improving the quality of life for the homeless population and those with disabilities. Furthermore, he is a member of the board of directors of Bradmark Technologies. Looking toward the future, Mr. Rush hopes to implement broader services for the homeless in Houston as part of his duties as a leader at the Star of Hope Mission organization. In 2022, she founded Plumbago Cottage Ministries Inc., where she nurtures positive relationships with and between her clients. Over the course of her career in ministry, she has also worked with organizations such as the Calvary Chapel of Port St. Lucie from 2004 to 2010 and the Ladies of Praise Women's Ministry of the Treasure Coast, where she served as vice president from 2017 to 2022. As part of her vocational journey, Ms. Silensky pursued a formal education, earning a Bachelor of Arts in education, magna cum laude, at Florida Atlantic University. She also remains active as a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and the International Board of Christian Coaches, with her faith serving as a focal point of her practice. In accounting for her accomplishments, Ms. Silensky is especially proud to have helped many individuals realize their potential to attain a victorious life.
