Leveraging over five decades of experience, Bob Willis has cultivated a career of excellence as an author, engineer and environmental manager. He began his vocation by honorably serving in the United States Army from 1969 to 1971, serving a portion of this time as battalion construction foreman for the 39th Engineering Battalion in Vietnam.
