The award-winning company is well- regarded for their early learning and leadership training services. At the onset of her career, she operated as a district manager and director for La Petite Academy. Dr. Richardson also originally joined The Academy of Early Learning as a principal, a position she maintained for several years. Before embarking on her vocational journey, Dr. Richardson cultivated her own formal education. She began her studies at MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas, where she earned a BA in management and human relations, an MBA and an MEd. Dr. Richardson subsequently continued her studies at Northcentral University and achieved an EdD in leadership and organizational change in 2021. Well-regarded for her accomplishments in the field, Dr. Richardson previously received an Outstanding Leadership Award from The Mirage in 2022, and she was included in the 2021 and 2022 Top 100 Visionaries in Education at the Global Forum for Education and Learning. Furthermore, I-Cube Consulting was named Best Education Company at the Education 2.0 National Conference in 2022. In light of her fulfilling career, Dr. Richardson has largely attributed her success to her perseverance and the support of her circle of friends and colleagues.
