Since 2019, she has operated as the co-owner of 360 AV Design, an event production firm dedicated to providing quality audio, visual, staging and lighting services to customers throughout the Greater Houston region of Texas. In addition to its commitment to customer satisfaction, the company also serves the community by regularly volunteering with local charities and nonprofit organizations. In her leadership position within the company, Ms. Fajkus primarily specializes in customer service and creating awareness for her business, in addition to managing various administrative duties. In addition to participating in civic-minded activities with her colleagues, Ms. Fajkus also volunteers in her free time with other charitable causes, especially those involved in wildlife advocacy and preservation. Prior to her current appointment, she worked extensively in the field of education. She was also the director of a prominent country club in her community, in addition to working as a corporate planner. Ms. Fajkus originally began accruing professional experience working with The Walt Disney Company. Before embarking on her vocational journey, Ms. Fajkus pursued a higher education, earning a Bachelor of Arts in communications at Saint Mary's College of California in 2003 and a master’s degree at San Diego State University in 2017. In addition to her academic credentials, she is also a certified professional in catering and events (CPCE), having been formally recognized by the National Association for Catering and Events, an organization with which she remains professionally affiliated. In light of her fulfilling career, Ms. Fajkus largely attributes her success to her sincere desire to ensure each of her customers feels respected and fully satisfied with their service.
