To commemorate her accomplishments in the field, Ms. White-Stevens has been honored as a winner of the Reader’s Choice by Star Local Media since 2013, and she was recognized as One of the Best Financial Planners in the Dallas Area by D Magazine in 2020. With nearly three decades of professional experience to her credit, Shirley White-Stevens is a proven expert in the field of finance. For the length of her career, she has specialized as a financial planner, working with local financial investment agencies in her community in McKinney, Texas, since 1996. Additionally, since 2002, she has operated as the owner of College Counseling Services, which provides financial consulting assistance for prospective and active college students. In her other professional endeavors, Ms. WhiteStevens serves as the minister of music at her local Lutheran church. Previously, she was a vocal coach and teacher for a children’s musical theater and opera group in Adelaide, Australia, where she originally learned to work as a financial planner.
