ANDERSEN Leveraging over 40 years of professional experience, Roy S. Andersen has cultivated a career of excellence in the fields of engineering and technology. Since 2015, he has served as the president of Nordic Management Consulting, where he provides technology and project management consulting services. Prior to his current appointment, he was a consulting partner for MetLife and the vice president of global client partners for iGATE Global Solutions between 2012 and 2014. Mr. Andersen originally began his career in 1979, working as an engineer for Northrop Grumman until 1986. Having previously pursued a formal education, Mr. Andersen holds several collegiate degrees from New York University, including a BS and an MS in mechanical engineering and an MBA. Additionally, he holds several certifications pertinent to his work in the field. He also remains active as a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Project Management Institute. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Andersen is especially proud of his work in writing and developing technical analysis data for space shuttle wings, which have earned him a wealth of recognition from his peers. Mielat Asrat is a rising leader in the insurance industry, having recently begun working in the field in 2016. At the onset of her career, she excelled as an insurance agent for the American Income Life Insurance Company. Since 2020, she has served as the owner of Mielat Asrat Insurance Agency, her own agency linked with Farmers Insurance. Having already proven herself as an expert in her profession, Ms. Asrat specializes in auto, home, life and business insurance. Before entering the insurance industry, Ms. Asrat accrued several years of experience working in various assistant and intern roles in the fields of health care and education. Furthermore, she cultivated her formal education, earning a bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of Colorado Denver in 2016. Adjacent to her primary duties, she also remains active as a member of the Rocky Mountain Field Institute. Attributing much of her success to her higher education, Ms. Asrat is particularly proud to be leading her own insurance agency within the Farmers brand.
