29 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine VLADIMIR RAKACH CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST Vladimir’s Construction Management Services Beaverton, OR ARCHITECTURE, CONSTRUCTION AND REAL ESTATE of his aptitude for mathematics, he subsequently pivoted his career path to construction upon the encouragement of a friend, a general contractor. He received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from California State University, Northridge. Over the course of his career, Mr. Rakach has worked with such companies as Eagle Eye Construction, Fast-Track Construction, Sierra Pacific Constructors, Inc., and Legendary Builders Corporation. He also worked for Morley Builders and Hurley Development and was the assistant vice president of construction at Lowe in Los Angeles for four years. Since 2022, he has served as a construction management specialist in a consulting capacity in Beaverton, Oregon. Notably, Mr. Rakach is LEED AP and OSHA-30 certified, and he is currently attaining his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Now holding over 20 years of professional experience in construction, Mr. Rakach focuses his efforts on providing a broad range of construction services to clients as they relate to designing, engineering, quality control and supervision. One such project of which he is particularly proud of the Ivy Station, a true urban Transit Oriented Development (TOD) in Culver City, California. Impressively, Ivy Station includes 500,000 square feet of mixed-use, 200 luxury apartments, a 148-room boutique hotel, 200,000 square feet of office space and 55,000 square feet of retail space. To attest to his success, Mr. Rakach has won several accolades, and the Ivy Station project was recognized with the LA Business Journal Gold Award, the NAIOP Social Mixed Use Project of the Year Award, the PBC Award of Merit and the Pueblo Award for Community Impact from BOMA LA. In the coming years, Mr. Rakach intends to enter a directorial position and continue providing construction management and consulting services. A refugee from Kiev, Ukraine, who traveled to the United States with his family when he was just 9 years old, Vladimir Rakach was taught to overcome cultural adversity and financial hardship early in life.
