Furthermore, Dr. Howard has served as a law enforcement chaplain in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, since 2018, a senior pastor at Saint John A.M.E. Church in Wayne, Pennsylvania, since 2017, and a police senior chaplain in Radnor Township, Pennsylvania, since 2016. Earlier in his career, Dr. Howard served as an associate minister at the Bethel A.M.E. Church in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, between 2011 and 2017, as well as the executive director of God With Us Ministries in Rosemont, Pennsylvania, from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, he was the chief executive officer of the eponymous Howard and Associates LLC in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, from 2007 to 2017 and the vice president of the main line branch of the NAACP from 2017 to 2018. Dr. Howard earned several degrees over the course of his vocational journey, including a DMin in transformational leadership, which he received in 2018 from the Payne Theological Seminary. He previously received an MDiv from the Reformed Episcopal Seminary in 2013 and a BS in health sciences and kinesiology from West Chester University in 1998. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dr. Howard is well-regarded for his scholarly output, having authored several books over the course of his career. Most recently, he penned “Transforming Male Leaders in the Twenty-First Century-Church Through Training in Transformative Learning and Transformational Leadership” through Christian Faith Publishing Inc., in 2019.
