While founding and working for Uptown Assisted Living in Manassas, Virginia, she was acquainted with the local Latin American community. During this time, she heard of individuals losing their homes. Desiring to help her community, Ms. Alvarez entered the real estate industry. Since 2005, she has excelled as a realtor with Infosenter Realty LLC. Drawing upon a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from SUNY Brockport, Ms. Alvarez has since become heavily involved in her neighborhood and community at large. To this end, she serves as a sponsor for the Latino Festival in the City of Manassas, Virginia. For her invaluable efforts to her region, she was honored with an accolade for her contributions to the Latino Festival. Among her many career highlights, she is especially proud of being a successful investor who has helped the Latin American community. Looking forward, she intends to witness the growth of Uptown Assisted Living and open additional locations of the facility. Drawing upon over 20 years of professional experience, Tom Cole has established an accomplished career in the real estate industry. Specializing in new construction and vacation homes, he has served as a realtor and broker for The Masiello Group, as part of Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate LLC, since 2020. The real estate group is well-regarded for its dedication to its clients throughout New England. Mr. Cole originally joined the company in 2018 as a managing broker. Adjacent to his primary duties, Mr. Cole also serves as the president of the Maine Association of REALTORS. Furthermore, he is a member and former president of his local Rotary Club, which he joined in 1989. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Cole pursued a formal education, completing coursework in communications at the University of Southern Maine between 1983 and 1988. Well-regarded for his accomplishments, Mr. Cole was named State Realtor of the Year in 2021 and Realtor of the Year in 2006.
