313 Millennium - A Marquis Who’s Who Magazine SOCIAL SERVICES AND NONPROFIT With over 15 years of professional experience to his credit, Kyle Rodriguez-Hudson has cultivated a career of excellence in business management. In 2021, he took on the role of executive director for TransPonder, a transgender-founded and led nonprofit organization headquartered in Eugene, Oregon, that provides support, resources and education to transgender and gender-diverse individuals throughout various local communities. In his current position, Mr. Rodriguez-Hudson specializes in promoting positive community relationships and partnerships, overseeing various initiatives aimed at assisting BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities in crisis. Prior to his current position, Mr. Rodriguez-Hudson operated as a facility administrator for ColumbiaCare from 2018 to 2020. Between 2013 and 2018, he maintained several other administrative positions in the health care industry. Mr. Rodriguez-Hudson originally began his career in 2008, working as a senior collections specialist in customer financial services at the College of American Pathologists until 2013. As part of his dedication to his profession, he remains affiliated with several pertinent organizations, including the World Professional Association for Transgender Health. Before embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Rodriguez-Hudson pursued a formal education. Over the course of his collegiate career, he earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Northeastern Illinois University in 2010, a master’s degree in community health services at Argosy University in Chicago in 2014, and an MBA in health care administration and management at Concordia University in Chicago in 2017. In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Rodriguez-Hudson is a licensed professional counselor. To commemorate his accomplishments in the field, Mr. RodriguezHudson was named the Trans Leader of the Year in 2020. In accounting for his achievements, he is especially proud of being able to give back to his community by sharing resources and lifting up others. Mr. RodriguezHudson has been working on several books pertaining to his interests, and he hopes to complete and publish them in the coming years.
