McCarty is a proven expert in the fields of construction and architecture. Since 2001, he has excelled as the owner, chief executive officer and president of McCarty Domes Inc., his company that produces one-of-a-kind dome structures for residential and commercial clients throughout the United States and Canada. As part of his commitment to his profession, Mr. McCarty remains affiliated with industry-related organizations such as the American Institute of Architects. Mr. McCarty previously pursued a formal education, earning a Master of Science in visual studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1989. In addition to his academic credentials, he is also a fully certified building inspector. To commemorate his accomplishments in the field, he was previously honored with the Presidential Award from the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association in 2002. Attributing much of his success to his knowledge and passion for his craft, Mr. McCarty is especially proud of the dome he constructed and installed at the St. Peters Police Department and Justice Center in Missouri. Drawing upon three decades of professional experience, Cherie A. Schaller is a proven expert in the real estate industry, having excelled as a realtor since 2002. Specializing in buying and selling residential and commercial real estate, she has served with Nick Sadek Sotheby’s International Realty since 2018. She previously served as a realtor for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC and Keller Williams Realty, Inc. Prior to entering the field of real estate, Ms. Schaller worked as a district sales manager for Canon U.S.A., Inc., from 1993 to 1998. Before beginning her vocational journey, Ms. Schaller pursued a formal education, completing collegiate coursework at American River College between 1985 and 1987. She subsequently earned her license as a real estate agent in 2003. Well-regarded for her accomplishments in the field, she was recently ranked as the #1 Real Estate Agent in the city of Rocklin, California, and as the #4 Real Estate Agent in Placer County, California, in 2021.
